USA in 1978 as the culmination of notable academic performance

He was also a Member of the steering committees of
the OAU Policy Analysis Support Unit based in Addis
Ababa, Ethiopia; the Secretariat for Institutional Support
for Economic Research in Africa (SISERA) based in Dakar,
Senegal; and the Centre for Environmental Economics

training; ‘hands-on’ human resource management;
and a keen sense of appreciation of the challenges of
implementing the Consortium’s programmes in an
evolving continent.
