He
was a lecturer and external examiner at the University
of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, University of Zambia and
Makerere University, and lectured at AERC’s Joint
Facility for Electives for the Collaborative Master’s
Programme (CMAP).
Prof. Hyuha was also Macroeconomic
and Financial Advisor for Uganda’s Ministry of
Finance and Economic Planning and the chair of the Technical
Committee of the Uganda National Examinations Board
(UNEB). In addition, he has been a researcher with the
AERC network and has published in international journals,
as well as chapters of books and monographs.
