Events
Face-to-face consultations between researchers and
policy makers and among other members of the economics
community are important platforms for dissemination.
At the regional level, Senior
Policy Seminars, held annually, afford learning
and sharing opportunities to policy makers across the
continent, while National
Policy Workshops provide similar forums at the
national level. Besides these traditional mechanisms,
AERC also undertakes direct outreach, for example through
press conferences, and public round table
discussions.
